Returns Policy

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and Spanish Law 1/2007, customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Söll voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to make exchanges and returns easier.

  • 1. How to request a return:
    To request an exchange or return, please complete the return form available in your customer account on our website. If you placed your order as a guest or cannot access your account, you can request a return by emailing orders@sollworld.com.
  • 2. Returning your product:
    Once you complete the form, we will send you a return label by email. Please attach it securely and visibly to your package. Once it’s ready, take it to the nearest post office. All returns are managed through your customer account or by email.
  • 3. Time frame:
    You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange or return any item.
  • 4. Condition of the product:
    Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with their original tag, and free from signs of use, washing, or damage. We will not accept returns of used, washed, stained, or damaged products, or those without a tag. Customers may handle products only to inspect their nature and characteristics, as they would in a physical store.
  • 5. Refunds:
    Returns will be processed within 10 days after the product reaches our warehouse, once its condition has been verified. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
    • For full returns, standard shipping costs will also be refunded.
    • For partial returns:
      • If the original order benefited from free shipping for exceeding €150, and after the return the retained items’ total value falls below that amount, Söll reserves the right to deduct the actual cost of standard shipping from the refund.
      • This deduction will only reflect the real shipping cost according to current rates at the time of purchase and will be shown in the final refund amount.
      • If the remaining order (after returns) still exceeds the free-shipping threshold, no deduction will be applied.
  • 6. Return shipping costs:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the remaining order total falls below €150, unless the return is due to an error by Söll or a defective item. In these cases, Söll will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full purchase amount. The estimated cost of return shipping will be provided during the process or by email.
